Terms of use
This is a courtesy translation. Only the French version is legally binding; in the event of any discrepancy, the French text prevails.
These terms govern the use of the site molow-com.fr, published by Théo Boullay under the business name Molow. Details of the publisher and the host appear in the legal notice. The provision of services is governed by the general terms and conditions of service.
Article 1 — Purpose
The site presents Molow's work: portfolio, services, working method and ways to get in touch. It is made available for information. No sale is concluded here: every engagement is the subject of a separate quotation.
Article 2 — Acceptance
Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not accept them is invited not to use it. The applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation.
Article 3 — Access to the site
The site is freely accessible, in principle at any hour. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or updates, or for a reason beyond the publisher's control — a failure at the host, a network outage. No continuity of service is guaranteed, and such interruptions give rise to no compensation.
Users are responsible for their own equipment, their connection and its security.
Article 4 — Intellectual property
The whole site — structure, copy, photographs, video, visual identity, logotype, code — is protected by copyright and remains the property of Molow or of its respective clients. Trade marks and logotypes shown in the portfolio belong to their owners.
Any reproduction, communication to the public, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. This applies in particular to the photographs and videos, which are the very substance of the work shown here.
The following remain free: consulting the site, printing for strictly private use, and quoting a short extract together with Molow's name and a link to the source page.
Article 5 — Use of the site and automated crawling
Users undertake not to disrupt the site's operation, not to attempt to circumvent its protections or reach non-public areas, and not to introduce malicious code.
Automated crawling of the site is permitted for the purposes of indexing and citation, including by search engine and artificial intelligence crawlers; the robots.txt file sets the limits and must be respected. That permission covers indexing and citation only: it is not an assignment of rights, and it authorises neither the reproduction of the photographs and videos nor the building of an image dataset from the site.
Article 6 — Links
The site links to third-party sites — clients' work, social media. Molow has no control over their content and is not answerable for it. Links pointing to the site from elsewhere are free, provided they do not mislead as to the origin of the content and do not harm Molow's reputation.
Article 7 — Liability
The information published is given as an indication and maintained with care, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. The timings, budgets and service descriptions shown are orders of magnitude: only an accepted quotation is binding.
Molow is not answerable for indirect damage resulting from use of the site, nor for any inability to reach it.
Article 8 — Personal data and cookies
The site sets no cookie and uses no audience measurement tool. Data sent through the contact form is processed as described in the privacy policy, which also sets out your rights and how to exercise them.
Article 9 — Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Should a difficulty arise, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the statutory rules of jurisdiction apply. A consumer Client may refer the matter to the consumer mediator under article 16 of the general terms and conditions of service.
Article 10 — Amendment
Molow may amend these terms at any time, in particular to follow a change to the site or to the applicable rules. The date below governs.
