This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this site or contact us, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It is written in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

No accounts, no profiling
This site offers no user accounts, no members' area and no targeted advertising. It builds no profile of you and makes no automated decisions about you.
The data we process
When you write to us. The contact form sends your enquiry to Web3Forms, which passes it on to us by email: name, email address, possibly a phone number, project type, budget in mind, preferred call slot and the content of your message. This service does not store your messages permanently: they arrive in our mailbox, and that is where they are kept, for the periods set out below. Writing to us directly at our email address gives exactly the same result.
When you browse the site. Like any web server, our host technically logs the requests it receives (IP address, date, page requested, browser type). These logs are used solely for the security and proper operation of the service.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Keeping the site secure and available (server logs) — legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Meeting our accounting and legal obligations if a business relationship begins — legal basis: legal obligation.
Retention periods
- Enquiries with no follow-up: 12 months from the last exchange.
- Correspondence tied to a completed project: the length of the relationship, then 3 years.
- Accounting records: 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code.
- The host's technical logs: 6 months at most.
Recipients
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to Molow and, technically, to the suppliers strictly necessary for the site to work:
- Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — data hosted in the European Union.
- Form delivery: Web3Forms, which receives the content of the contact form and passes it on to us by email. This service does not store your messages permanently and does not use them for any other purpose.
- Email: our email provider, for the delivery of your messages.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tracking tools. No consent banner is therefore needed.
External resources
The site's typefaces (Fraunces, Hanken Grotesk, Archivo Black) and two animation libraries are loaded from external delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr). These services therefore receive your IP address at the moment of loading, which may involve a transfer outside the European Union, governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. No cookie is set by this means.
The links to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp are plain outbound links: no content from those platforms is embedded in the site, and nothing is sent to them unless you click.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Email exchanges benefit from the in-transit encryption offered by email providers. We ask that you not send us sensitive data or confidential documents by email without speaking to us first.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. To exercise them, write to us at contact@molow-com.fr. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt.
If our reply does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
Changes
This policy may change if the site's workings change. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the page. For publisher, hosting and intellectual property matters, see the legal notice.
