A brand built
end to end.
Visual identity, website, social media: the story of an end-to-end partnership — and the proof that everything answers everything else when it all comes from the same head.
01 — The context
Terraludis designs and lays impact-absorbing surfacing for playgrounds — technical expertise, governed by strict standards, where children's safety leaves no room for improvisation. Their clients: local authorities, landscape architects, property developers.
When we met, the company had no online presence at all: no site, no formalised identity, no social media. All of its credibility rested on word of mouth — solid, but invisible to a public buyer comparing one bid against another.
02 — The challenge
Turning a technical product into a desirable brand, without losing the seriousness that reassures a public buyer. The classic trap: a cold "catalogue" site that looks like every other bid in the pile. The opposite goal: that Terraludis be immediately recognisable — and that every asset, from the logo to the LinkedIn post, say the same thing: surfacing that cushions every fall.
03 — What we did
Three strands run as one, in the order that avoids doing anything twice: identity first, then the site, then social media straight after.
- The visual identity — logotype, palette, typefaces and graphic language built around one simple idea: protection you can see. Guidelines delivered, ready for any future supplier to apply.
- The website — a structure designed for two audiences (local authorities and trade professionals), full copywriting, bespoke development and going live. A site that works as a permanent bid document.
- Social media — an editorial line defined with the team, post templates in the brand's colours, and account management we take on ourselves.
04 — The result
Terraludis now has a complete brand platform: an identity that holds up across every medium, a site that lends credibility to every bid, and social channels that carry it all further — with nothing out of key, because it all came out of the same workshop.
- One point of contact — three strands, one conversation, no coordination left to the client.
- Delivered in 6 weeks — from the first meeting to going live, schedule kept.
- A self-sufficient brand — guidelines, source files and access all delivered: the team applies the identity on its own, day to day.
We were looking for a supplier and we found a partner. Identity, website, social media: it was all conceived as one whole — and we only ever had one conversation to manage, from start to finish.
